Effective use of Standing Orders (SO) to communicate information and expectations leads to smooth transition of personnel from the COVID-19 partial shutdown to Phase 1 of return to work.

The initial issue and subsequent revisions of the SO were disseminated to all UCOR personnel through several means including e-mail, direct mail, text messages and direct contact prior to reporting to work. Subsequent reviews of SOs are also performed during Plan of the Day Meetings.
