Completing and signing forms, prior to performing the work, may seem innocuous for routine, repetitive non-varying work. However, your signature is a personal validation that the procedure or process was completed as expected and that, to the best of your ability, you have considered all safety implications to you, your co-workers, the public, the facilities and the environment.
