Assumptions made during circuit verifications pointed to a particular breaker as isolating power and failed to identify a secondary power source. During circuit verifications, confirm that a single breaker, when isolated, removes electricity from a particular component. This may require returning power to all other circuits to make a positive identification. Diligence and methodical performance of circuit verifications is required as encountering out-of-normal wiring configuration (anomalies) is not uncommon.
