Workers were unloading an empty gangbox from a truck outside of the NREL Energy Systems Integration Facility computing center loading dock when the gangbox slid down and fell off the back end of the truck bed. Workers were standing nearby, but there were no injuries. The workers did not recognize that the gangbox had six swiveling wheels which would make it difficult to unload from the truck. The swiveling wheels, combined with the inclement weather and parking on a slope created an increased hazard potential.
