A collaborative approach between the employee-driven Safety Culture Improvement Team and designated points of contact within organizations resulted in production of a series of videos focusing on peer-to-peer accountability and teamwork. Rather than top-down messaging, these videos were created by employees and represent the perspective of the organization's culture and desirable behaviors. Opportunities to re-use the videos (training, new employee orientation, safety meetings) promotes iteration of organizational values and safety culture using safety-culture topical areas identified as needing improvement.
Note: Videos referred in article are currently in Review and Release Approval process prior to uploading to OPEXSHARE.
