During a high wind event, one of two lamp arms attached to a 40-foot light pole broke free from the support column, swinging down and hitting the main pole. The lamp arm did not detach, but the lamp broke when hitting the main pole. The glass from the lamp fell to the facility parking lot, resulting in minor damage to a privately owned vehicle parked nearby.
