Implementation of an independent Commitment Tracking System grading process will improve quality and sustainability of a Corrective Action Program.

Savannah River Remediation implemented the use of a Screening Team to provide independent review and grading of issues tracked in the Site Tracking, Analysis, Reporting database. The Screening Team developed a Commitment Tracking System Grading Checklist to use as a tool to grade the multiple components of a issue. The tool can be used to grade an issue in its entirety or individual components such as issue initiation, issue evaluation, or corrective action development and closure.
