A Salt Waste Processing Facility millwright was injured when the last of 17 radio-hoods being installed tipped over on top of him. The millwright received assistance from several coworkers and was quickly removed from under the radio-hood. The injured millwright was evaluated by medical personnel and it was determined that the employees injuries were not serious. Two of the personnel that assisted the millwright also received minor first aid injuries. Personnel handling top heavy loads must remain aware of potential load shift.
