This is a reminder to have building managers and administers inspect their facility access stairs and landings frequently. Winter and summer weather extremes can cause damage to these structures. So, please use the information in this Good Work Practice to aid your inspection.

If you identify issues, enter a maintenance service request to have your stairs/ramp scheduled for repair or maintenance. If you find anything that is an imminent hazard, that could cause an injury, you should prevent use until repaired.
