Driving safely at all times is essential, however, when weather is added to the list of possible hazards it is necessary to further evaluate the risk assessment. Adverse weather can be any weather that is not ideal or conducive to driving safely. This can be snow, fog and rain but also consider bright sunshine, especially after rain that can reflect the light into a drivers eyes.
