Contamination was detected on a Lead Nuclear Chemical Operators outer gloves. Additional members of the work crew who were not wearing respiratory protective equipment were in the adjacent air space, to support the crew performing the seal out and to assist with the crews eventual egress from the HCA/ARA. When a CAM alarmed during separation of the waste package, workers egressed from the room but did not warn others that they had unknown potential levels of contamination on them as they had not yet been surveyed prior to entering the Room.
