Employees had just returned to the shop and one employee noticed smoke coming from the back of their box van. One employee went to report the fire while the other employee attempted to extinguish the fire with a dry chemical extinguisher. In the process the employee inhaled some of the by products of combustion resulting in CO poisoning.
