Respirator users at the Idaho Cleanup Project noticed small pinholes in the mask of Silicone Ultra Elite Respirator Masks during pre-use inspections. The manufacturer, Mine Safety Appliance believes that the holes are the result of handling and not a manufacturing flaw.
